How to Rent
We create a quote. You review and once you’re happy, you can place your order with a deposit of 50% of rental charges.
One month prior you will receive a confirmation email. Upon your review and sign off we will do a final confirmation for your special event.
Full payment is due 30 days prior to delivery/pick up of your order. To avoid theft, we require valid photo ID.
If we are delivering your items, we will stack orders at ground level. Additional charges may apply if our crew needs to carry items up/down stairs or use elevators.
We quality check our items but if there’s an issue you can contact us immediately.
Upon return, we check all items. If items are missing, we ensure a double check by a supervisor. You will be charged for any missing items but will receive a full refund if the items are returned within 30 days.
Event Rental Coordination:
Our event planner will be there to help you every step of the way with event rental coordination. They will help ensure you don’t miss the smallest detail, and will also ensure the day of your special event is done to perfection. Event Site Check:
We offer a complimentary site check within Brandon; outside of Brandon, we charge mileage and a flat fee.
Event Set-Up & Take Down:
Upon event site check a quote will be provided.
